Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime.
  • Document technical processes, solutions, and frequently asked questions for knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and security measures.
  • Train staff on IT policies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT support technician or related role.
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals) are a plus.
