Job summary

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime.
Document technical processes, solutions, and frequently asked questions for knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and security measures.
Train staff on IT policies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT support technician or related role.
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals) are a plus.
